CBI Connects with Future Students at Reality Apologetics

Compass Bible Institute recently had the opportunity to attend the Reality Apologetics Student Conference, hosted by Stand to Reason and Calvary Chapel Downey. The conference took place April 24–25 and gathered students, parents, ministry leaders, and churches for a weekend focused on helping young people think critically, answer difficult questions, and defend the Christian faith with confidence.

Throughout the event, CBI hosted a booth where students and families were able to learn more about the One-Year Bible Program and the broader mission of Compass Bible Institute. Several future CBI students were also in attendance, making the conference a meaningful opportunity to connect with young people who are serious about growing in their knowledge of Scripture, theology, and ministry.

This year’s conference emphasized the importance of the Christian worldview and the ways Christianity has shaped our world. Sessions addressed topics such as worldview, atheism, competing belief systems, the influence of Christianity, and the truthfulness of the Christian faith. Speakers included former CBI professors Sean McDowell and J. Warner Wallace as well as many other gifted apologists. CBI is grateful for the opportunity to partner with like-minded organizations in events that encourage students to stand firm in the truth.
